Payments & booking

A clear process, from idea to installation.

Every booking begins with a tailored quote. Once we have agreed the final proposal, a 50% upfront payment secures your date and the remaining balance is paid when the work is delivered.

How booking works

Four simple steps.

Your final proposal records what we have agreed, including the installation, any props, timings and the total price.

  1. 01

    Request a quote

Tell us about your date, venue, occasion and the kind of installation you have in mind.

  2. 02

    Chat and agree

We discuss the details and send a final written proposal confirming the design, scope, price and timings.

  3. 03

    Accept and secure

Accept the proposal and pay 50% of the agreed total. Your booking is secured once that payment has cleared.

  4. 04

    Delivery and balance

We deliver and complete the agreed work. The remaining 50% is due on completion and receipt of the work.

01

Quotations and proposals

An initial quotation is an estimate based on the information available. Your final written proposal confirms the agreed design, scope, total price, venue, date, timings and any hired props. Please check it carefully before accepting.

02

Accepting a booking

A booking is confirmed when you accept the final proposal and the 50% upfront payment has cleared. Until both steps are complete, the requested date remains subject to availability. Any payment deadline will be shown on the proposal or invoice.

03

Final payment

The remaining 50% is due when the agreed work is completed and handed over or delivered, unless a different schedule is clearly agreed in writing. Receipts are available for all payment methods.

04

Changes to the proposal

Changes must be agreed in writing and remain subject to availability. A change to the design, quantity, venue, access, date or timing may change the price; we will confirm any revised price before proceeding.

05

Cancellation or rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if plans change. Any amount retained or cancellation charge will reflect reasonable costs and losses directly caused by the cancellation, after taking account of costs saved and any opportunity to rebook. We will explain how it has been calculated. Your statutory rights are not affected.

06

If we cannot provide the work

If we have to cancel and cannot agree a suitable alternative, payments for goods or services not supplied will be refunded. If circumstances outside our reasonable control affect delivery, we will contact you promptly to discuss a fair reschedule, alternative or refund as appropriate.

07

Venue access and safety

You are responsible for permission to install at the venue and for providing accurate access, timing and site information. We may adapt or stop an installation where reasonably necessary for safety. Any material change will be discussed with you as soon as possible.

08

Balloons and hired props

Balloon colours and finishes can vary slightly, and heat, sunlight, wind and venue conditions can affect their lifespan. Where props are hired, ownership, collection and return arrangements will be stated in the proposal. Responsibility for loss or damage beyond fair wear will be assessed reasonably and subject to applicable law.

09

Quality and concerns

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. If anything is not as agreed, tell us promptly and give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, put it right. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10

Consumer cancellation rights

Where statutory cancellation rights apply to a booking made online, by phone or away from business premises, the relevant information will be provided before you are bound. If you ask us to begin work during a statutory cancellation period, we will confirm any required consent and the effect of cancellation in writing.
